2019 sting-grey JLU Rubicon, 39000 miles, with rust bubbles all around the hood and around some of the door hinges. I was told last month by my local jeep stealership that I was 1 month + past my corrosion warranty period and to just suck it up and move along. Yikes !! After reading through the forums, etc. searching for a solution I decided to call @JeepCares to see if they could do anything. We'll, to my surprise, my jeep still has 2 months of corrosion coverage. The rep suggested I waste no time getting the corrosion damage inspected and documented by a jeep dealership, and then call @JeepCares back to start my claim. Simply awesome. First thing Monday morning I'll be hot on it. Thanks @JeepCares for some good news to help fix this obscene issue. My advice to others with this issue, call the @JeepCares number.
Well, knock me over with a feather, @JeepCares came through. Out of curiosity, what was your purchase date for your JL?

I'm the 2nd owner. Purchased the jlu last April. According to @JeepCares, the in service date was Sept, 2019.
Not really a @JeepCares intervention then. They just told you when your Jeep was first purchased, and the warranty clock started. You automatically have a 5 yrs 100,000 miles warranty on the bubbling paint issue.
If that original dealership won't help you, press them on the warranty. If they still refuse, go to another dealership. But, do not delay. The warranty ends in Sept. Get it documented, and have them print out your concerns for you. It might take a while before they get you in, to repair the issue.

If Your Wrangler is less than 5 years old, and less than 100,000 miles, the dealership should cover the repair. Take it in, and point it out. It might take a while to get the repairs done, back orders and all.
I already brought my Jeep into the dealership and they refused to pay for it since my warranty expired 7 weeks before I brought this to their attention. My Jeep is only 5 years old with ~42,000 miles, ugh I just paid it off too! If anyone has any other suggestions I am open. I guess I can go back down there and make a scene in front of current customers, that might get their attention real fast.

Well, they seem to have the upper hand. Either pay out of pocket, join a class action suit, or hire a personal lawyer.

I’m really sorry to hear that. I just bought a 2019 JLUR and I’m discovering the paint issue for myself. So far I’ve only seen it in a few spots, and I still have 5 months of the corrosion warranty left. I’m getting ready to go in for my 20k service, and I will bring it to their attention. I bought my JLUR at an out of town dealer. My local dealer has a decent rep and my Wife has bought a few vehicles there, so we shall see how well they address it.

Oh that's such a bummer but at least you can have them take care of it.

2020 JLU purchased 2/2024. Found bubbles on bottom of door and dealership fixed asap under 30 warranty. Found more after dealers 30 day warranty expired. Dealer service mgr took photos and submitted under factory corrosion warranty. Been a month and dealer says they haven’t heard from Jeep yet. Got a bad feeling about this.

No. The dealer sent the Jeep to a subcontracted body shop. This was on the dealers 30 day warranty. Not sure if it is a used car warranty offered by Jeep corporate or something the dealership sponsors. the body shop did a good job.

But more spots showed up after the first repair. Now 30 day warranty is up. Service manager submitted photos to Jeep. Been a month and no response from Jeep.

Any panel that exhibits bubbling along the edge must be replaced. Sanding/repaint is a temp fix and corrosion will return in short order
