Well…..traded it.You sold it?
I'm in the 35s camp. This is a daily driver 1st and a trail rig as necessary.I'm going with 35s.
Everything I look into with 37s just involves me spending money I don't really want to spend next year.
We got a lot going on in life right now, and if it means I can't run as crazy hard trails, not a big issue for now. I need stability and I don't need extra costs when I start breaking stuff.
So 35's for now, 37's in a couple years when life gets a little quieter.

The way I look at it 35s can't be that bad or they wouldn't be slapping them on factory Jeeps with a warranty. Yeah sure they put a little bit of lift on them mostly bump stop to keep the tires from rubbing and ship them out. Jeep didn't see fit to upgrade steering parts or axles or anything like that beyond what a regular Rubicon comes with so what does that tell you? That's what it is for me. I do want to be in 37s, but a smart and wise man in my situation would choose 35s.
There's nothing wrong with running 35s for 2 years. It'll allow me time to get my Jeep to the level where I can comfortably, successfully, and appropriately run 37s without issue.
I have a small handful of things I would want to do before I would run 37s in the perfect world, those two years will allow me to do that. Until then I can focus my off-roading skills on gaining better technique.
A life lesson I learned a while back, when it's meant to be, it'll be easy. If you have to force it through, you may achieve it, but it will be a tough road. Patience is a virtue for a reason, it was a tough lesson which took me a long time to learn, but I value it at this point.

He started preaching holier than thou bullshit that wasn't appreciated by the community. That, of course, is completely within the rules, but I'm guessing something snapped and he posted a response that exceeded the rules a bit too far.So….what’s up with this seemingly good guy getting banned?

That's likely how Old Jeeper earned his pink slip, too.He started preaching holier than thou bullshit that wasn't appreciated by the community. I'm guessing something snapped and he posted a response that exceeded the rules a bit too far.
I don't know what this means. He started preaching holier than thou bullshit
Not quite "you're going to Hell for not being fully forthcoming with your insurance provider", but it got damn close when he started pointing to Bible Commandments that he perceived others to have violated.I don't know what this means.

I absolutely love them, one of my favorite mods.@Heimkehr was nice enough to send me his old unused hood struts from Red line tuning, coupled with me ordering some mounts from red line tuning myself...

So I was able to get these bad boys installed this afternoon!!

I thought these ones that go on the hood we're going to be harder to install than they were, actually not that bad.

Took me about 20 minutes total, and that was with the rain.

You know I've never really thought much of Redline tuning. Honestly I always thought they were overpriced for what you were getting, but after installing this kit, just these red toggle switch releases alone totally make it worthwhile. I don't know if I'd spend any more than $100 for them, but they are a lot better than I thought they're going to be. Very smooth and simple, and work very effectively.

Looking good Beau.Since the Challenger will never see any winter use, I did end up buying a 2006 Grand Cherokee Limited HEMI for my weekend / winter driver.

Going to be drilling (2) three and a half inch holes in the Jeep sometime this weekend.
Largest holes to date, though technically not in the Wrangler itself.
Beggars can't be choosers; I just like drilling holes! Don't believe me? Just ask my wife!!

I'm taking guesses now as to what exactly these three and a half inch holes are for. First correct answer gets tagged in a post with my favorite GIF!!![]()
Dont put the holes in your tires, jus sayin.![]()
