Pixeldecal FINALLY showed up

I heard a lot of good things about pixeldecal on here so I ordered a few decals from them. I also made a custom sticker through another site cause I wanted the tools on the site to see how it would be laid out before I ordered it. I ordered both from pixeldecal and the other site on the same day, May 21st. Got the one custom decal the same week. And I JUST got my pixeldecals today. Over a month later?! That’s ridiculous. I asked them, a long time ago, where my decals were and he told me everything is done in batches.
so basically I had to wait over a month cause he didn’t have enough other people ordering to do a bunch and then mail them out? That’s fair to the customer. Lol! I’m sure they’ll be great (haven’t put them in yet) but waiting over a month for a sticker?! That’s ridiculous.
I’m not trying to just trash this guys company. But if I had known it would have taken this long I wouldn’t have ordered them from him.

Sorry there is a bit of a wait right now, @SOON. One man operation and rather than sacrifice quality I try to move it along as fast as I can. This discussion comes up from time to time and my answers remain the same. I am not the fastest but I try to make that be the only complaint there will every be about my product as it's the hardest factor to control.

If anyone else is waiting for something and needs a status update, I am always available to provide one as fast as I see the message notification.

Yeah, I'm with you. I'm coming up on two months on my order for two fender cove flag decals. Been in "manufacturing" for almost a month. Still not showing as shipped. Decals are about to be longer to get than my special order JL!

Well worth the wait for them. My stickers are still hanging on after 2 years, and have survived through tree branches scratching them up. No signs of peeling, no fading.

I placed my second order from Pixeldecals recently and did wait longer than previously. They do state pretty clearly about their order batching, and I'm sure it gets worse for rare colors or special orders.

I got mine last week and it was of the highest quality, just like the first order.

Waited 3 months for my order last Fall into Winter and didn't want to get them applied with the snow and salt. Had them professionally installed recently and 2 weeks later I purchased half doors. Re-ordered one small single-color stripe, hoping to get it soon to finish out the look on my doors. If I had known I'd find a set of doors I would have waited.

TLDR - they're worth the wait, but expect a wait.

@pixeldecals is a one man show. wonderful place to get stickers for the Patient person. Excellent customer service and even better products and they are here on the forums. Remember its just a sticker. Its nothing more than that. :D

@pixeldecals has always provided me with good (great) and cheap so I am willing to compromise the fast.

Completely worth it, this mans quality is hands down better than any other custom decals I have ever purchased. I had a similar month long wait time and I would gladly wait longer for the quality he provides.

@pixeldecals has done a lot of work for me over the last 3 years. To help with the cost of shipping it sometimes takes a little longer, cause he does one big shipment. I ordered some stuff from him, and had it in 4 days, but had to pay to get it that quick. For the amount of orders he does, and by himself he does an excellent job, and I will continue to order from him.

Threads like this are such a shame in our community. Why would your knee jerk reaction when you received your order be to come on here and "not try to trash this guy's company" with some trash like this? I'd be willing to bet those high quality, HAND MADE AMERICAN decals sit on your counter for a week or two before you get around to putting them on anyway. (Mine always do...)

Don has always gone above and beyond for RCO and both the nationwide and his local communities. This has been a passion project for him for decades and and he pours his heart and soul into making sure that his product is always first class and second to none. I guarantee you he's working far harder at keeping everyone happy and everything sorted than most of the people in business today.

This should be a place to support our peers, not bash them for providing a service and delivering on their promise to provide a quality product to their end users.

Thanks for all you do @pixeldecals. I'm sorry you've had this in your peripheral today. Keep up the good work. You can push my order to the back of the line if you need to, itll sit on my counter for a couple weeks after it gets here anyway. lol
