I've found that you can find a lot of decals on Amazon. The last decal I ordered from Pixeldecals took over a month. I mean can they not have a few on hand? I previously used alphavinyl.com...they shipped fairly quickly.
Pixeldecals makes it quite clear on his website that delivery will take 2-4 weeks. Ordering from him and then complaining about the lead time seems a little unfair.

I think in some sorting center they have a machine specifically built to damage packages.
ā€˜Now see this device here, it takes a 3D scan of the package as it moves along the belt. If it’s a rectangle, it gets diverted to the circulator. If it’s a tube, it gets diverted to the rectangulator. ā€˜

When you order a Matte/Flat text color is the outline color automatically gloss? I did not see a drop down for gloss color. Thanks.

I ordered Flat/Matte black letters with Red outline.
The only matte color available without a custom order is Black, otherwise the colors are all gloss (except for the satin vampire red)

I had a very disappointing experience with this company, PixelDecals, also. I ordered a custom hood decal at the beginning of July and immediately received an order confirmation. The website clearly stated that processing and shipping would take 2–4 weeks, so I waited patiently. After 4 weeks passed with no update, I reached out by email. No response. A week later, I emailed again and finally received a reply with an excuse and a promise that my order would ship in the next day or two.

Two weeks later, still nothing. When I followed up again, I was told there had been personal difficulties delaying orders, but that my decal would arrive just after Labor Day. A week after Labor Day—still nothing. When I reached out again, I was told it was ā€œhung up in the UPS systemā€ and that they would look into it or replace it. At this point, more than two months had passed and I still had no product.

In today’s online retail world, there is simply no excuse for such delays, lack of communication, or repeated broken promises. If there are issues affecting fulfillment, it’s the seller’s responsibility to proactively notify customers, not ignore them until they demand answers. I ultimately told them not to bother and went with another company. Whether I’ll ever see a refund remains unclear, as my last message was ignored.

Extremely poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE.

A refund was processed the day we last spoke and I also sent you a new set to replace the one UPS misplaced.

I appreciate that others may have had good experiences with this company, but I can only share my own. Unfortunately, mine was the complete opposite of what you describe. My order was placed in early July with an advertised 2–4 week processing time. Over two months later, after multiple excuses and little communication, I still had no product in hand.

I understand things happen, but the lack of proactive updates and repeated delays were unacceptable. A business’s history or sponsorship doesn’t erase a customer’s poor experience. I’m simply sharing my honest account so others know what they might encounter.
