Part number is either:
6BN67TX7AB
6KM06TX7AB
(I would link but it the link redirects you to a page "no part found")
Mopar.com -> Store -> Parts -> Shop Now (popup window) -> Select Your Vehicle -> Jeep -> All New Wrangler -> Drop down menu on left that says "Jeep Accessories" click "Jeep Parts" -> Load More Categories (at the bottom) -> Interior Trim -> Drop down at the top-ish right that says "All" select "Consoles" -> Show next 12 of 28 items (at the bottom) and then look for "Floor Console - CONSOLE, Floor"
There's two items one after another as listed above

its #12 in the diagrams
Not too sure which part number is the one with the cupholders since the #12 points to both but my guess is with 6BN67TX7AB because it's more expensive at $53.49 compared to the other at $29.20

6BN67TX7AB has been replaced by 6BN67TX7AC. Before anyone asks I haven't installed it, was just searching for more definitive info while waiting for my jeep and found out the part number had been updated.

So I went to the international auto show today and found something pretty interesting in their Sahara...

Well gives me some hope that it can be added
I have a feeling they did that on purpose for the auto show because of what people were saying about the useless trays. I’m pretty confident future Sahara’s will have both cup holders

So do you believe this part attaches over the top of the existing tray? Or will the tray have to be removed?

You guys think there will be an issue when folding down the seats if we do replace the tray with the cupholders?

Part of me thinks that the reason that it's a flat tray is because when the seats fold down, the headrest/cupholder slides above that tray, and that it isn't an issue in the fabric JLs because there is no extended headrest/cupholder on them.

I dont have my JL yet but I imagine that the seat backs move up slightly when the seat bottoms get closer to the floor when tumbling the second row
