Sunday morning i drove to church and on the way the truck went into a regen. I drove past the church and let the regen complete, SL was at 8% and regen was complete, even gave it some time to cool down before shutting her down. Turbo outlet temps were in the mid 300f. Note that temps that morning were very cold, as cold as -11F in one area i drove through on the way there.
Got in the Jeep to leave (temps were at that time were around 10F) and after only a few miles i got the error message. Read the code when i got home and it was " p20e9 reductant pressure too high".
From what im reading this could be a bad sensor, kinked line, clogged injector or maybe something frozen somewhere. Wondering if anyone else has seen this error?
I cleared the code and will drive it to town later today and am planning to put in some rislone DEF Crystal Clean™ Diesel DEF & SCR Emissions System Cleaner or a jug of Platinum blue def to see if that does anything. Really hoping to avoid a trip to the dealer.
