Update started yesterday afternoon, and screen is still the same.
We were out with the Jeep when prompted to update. It gives zero prior warning or indication that once it begins, you are not supposed to drive the vehicle. Once update begins, then it states not to drive. We had no choice, and drove it until we were back home.
Low and behold, the same message is on the display still today. I pulled the fuse which removed power to the radio, but it returns to the same screen once fuse is replaced.
Any tips or tricks other than a dealer visit?
