I did a 2018 JL "build" last night for both a Rubi and a Sahara. The Jeep built site surprised me a bit........seemed like some things were missing. My best example is there seemed to be no option for rock rails/side steps/armor rails. Did I miss something or do you have to order them from MoPar or other third party sources?

Another option I didn't see was for the heavy duty spare tire mount. Is it not an option on the JL?

The Mopar rails and tire mounts are available. Just not through the build and price. Have to buy after the fact.

For some reason, I must not be navigating the MOPAR site correctly. When I select vehicle it is not showing options for the JL. Clicking through categories, I seem to just get this message:

"Sorry, we couldn't find any parts in this category compatible with your selected vehicle."

Dealership told me that the turbo will not be available til 2019 and new two doors will not hit the showroom until mid-March. I can't believe they tease us with the commercial for the 2 door and then make us wait #pentupdemand

What does Koons charge for JL accessories (e.g. Sun Bonnet. Fuel Doors)? If it's less than the catalog price do we have access to the price they pay (i.e. FWP (factory wholesale price), a.k.a. Invoice)?

Do they take 5% off of those items too if ordered at purchase, like the JL and its options?

Does anyone have advice about things they learned shopping at Koons, that they wish they had known, and are willing to share with the next customer?

You know, like, "be on the look out for,"

not, "I wish I had ordered dual tops...." (a regret that's dealership independent)
