  1. Finally test drive a 392

I bought the 4Xe and suggest you try that and take out your stopwatch. Comparable to what the 392 is supposed to be. Trust me, you will be surprised.
  2. Weird uConnect/Radio issues/fix

We are all going to have to move to warm climates so our radios can work. Other than this issue - I love my Rubicon and would keep it with no radio. That's not to say I am happy with this build/quality issue. For a 50k vehicle I expect working parts.
  3. Weird uConnect/Radio issues/fix

Exactly my issue - this is what I just wrote in my post. They have ordered me a new radio but I am concerned it won't fix the issue. I thought I was imagining the fact that it is a cold weather issue but now I know I am not crazy.
  4. Weird uConnect/Radio issues/fix

I have this issue on mine too. New Rubicon and about 50% of the times when I start my car the radio cuts in and out. Seems to be more pronounced in colder weather (under 25 degrees) but that could be my imagination. The dealership made me bring it in when it was occurring (which for a few days...
  5. Is it just me, or does Sting Gray not look as good in bright sunlight?

Sunlight does help. 6 weeks from order to delivery.

  8. How to take advantage of ESS effectively.

All you have to do is push a button. There are kids starving in Africa. You can do this. We have a standard to meet and it is either the button or Wrangler will never make the 30 mpg threshold.
  9. How to take advantage of ESS effectively.

I personally dislike it and turn it off when I get in the Jeep but I do find it to be a smarty invention to meet a standard imposed by govt. Makes absolute sense if your trying to get to 30 mpg
  10. How to take advantage of ESS effectively.

Good point, where have the automatic seatbelts gone? I guess that’s one convenience us Americans learned to live without. Typically, anything that gets rid of extra motion or exercise is a big hit in our country. BTW - I turn ESS off as soon as I get in my Jeep. It’s not that difficult to hit a...
  11. Is the power soft top worth waiting for?

It sounds as if it is something you really want so you should get it. I too was fed up with the switching and found I never did it. On my last JK I went with the freedom hard top but it wasn’t satisfying for me as it doesn’t provide the true Jeep experience. This time I went soft top. I...

  14. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

I have a fuel door cover on mine but I heard they weren’t supposed to come with them and it is a late add.
  15. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

Dude you need to put the camera away and seek shelter immediately, sounds like a hurricane is in progress. Nothing a Rubi can’t handle though!
  16. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

    Looks great - congrats
  17. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

I have no problem with the 45 -47 out of the factory but where the tires meant for that? Or, is it simply a reason why they would overinflate for shipping? I have never had tires on any vehicle over 35-40 psi so this is odd to me. If you have a link to the thread I would love to see it.
  18. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

Anybody know what the ideal psi for tires on a Rubicon are. I know they ship heavily inflated at like 45psi but that seems over inflated to me.
  19. STING GRAY Wrangler JL Club

    Looks fantastic - congrats!
