I love my Evo oil pan skid, also have their exhaust loop skid (since I have a 3.6). Only skid plate system that protects both of those. Skidrow makes an exhaust loop skid, but it bends easy since it's only attached on one side.

The EVO skid looks nice. Any idea what changed after 2020? EVO's website says its only for the 2018 to 2020 models.

I don't do rock crawling and hardcore wheeling. I just need something to proect the stupid Fumoto valve, it is super fragile.
I say forget the Fumoto. Even you admit it's "super fragile" (Fra gee lee, must be italian) Seriously how hard is it to remove and reinstall the drain bolt?
Even with a skid plate, some brush on the trail might find a way to open it.
Fewer failure points is always the way to go. In this case a lot cheaper too.

I mean, Fumoto is convenient, but if you're worried about it, why not just stick with the drain plug? Seems far easier then buying a whole skid just to protect "the stupid Fumoto valve"

Motor mounts changed. I'd email or call them and ask about it.

Guys, metal cloak makes this one but only for the tj, when I called them they said that for JK and JL I have to get the whole thing. But I don't want the whole thing, I just want to protect the oil pan because I want to put on a Fumoto.
Can you please recommend another oil pan skid plate that will work with JL?
Thank you!

If it's any reassurance, I've run a full Synergy skid system on my JKUR since 2010. I've wheeled it on Rusty Nail, Golden Spike, Moab Rim, Kane Creek, Cliffhanger, Farmington trails and Mt Blanca. I've beaten the living snot out of the trans, t-case & fuel tank skids, control arms, sliders, etc. But, never once has the oil pan skid come in contact with anything. The others are scratched & banged to hell.

My suspicion is that that the position of pan/gear in relationship to the wheels, axle assembly, etc. helps keep it tucked away safely enough that Jeep didn't think it necessary to have a stock skid. BUT, when you hit that one-in-a-million shot, you'll be real glad you added it!
