Well let’s see what we can do ourselves.

Let’s gather relevant data first.

On your console, hold the driver’s side temperature controls up and down and the defrost at the same time to put the uconnect in dealer mode. In those screens you should find a software revision number. Take pics of those menus and post them.

You can also go to the uconnect website and enter your VIN to see if you have the latest software. If it tells you that an update is available it might tell you how to download and install it by USB. And if you can’t, then the dealer should.

ORP are in the manual if the dealer balks. You paid for it.

Apparently I have had the latest and greatest Uconnect software since the day I picked up the Jeep. Well, that is according to the Uconnect website where we enter the VIN.

You definitely don’t have the latest.

Here’s mine for comparison. It’s not 100% clear if it’s the software version or the application version that matters - but it looks like they were both updated.

So the long and the short - you need to demand the dealer update your uconnect software to the latest - assuming that will match mine.

In one of the steering threads someone mentioned they also asked the dealer to update Uconnect while they were there. Dealer said there was no update available, so either that dealership was lazy or they didn't have the update available either lol.

My Wrangler still has 17.43.44 and I've never been prompted for an update, vehicle was built in May, Uconnect says I'm up to date as well lol. I've submitted my info to JeepCares almost three weeks ago and still no change on my end...le sigh. I'm beginning to think the update is only pushed through certain satellites.

Had them. lost them. Had them and lost them again. been gone ever since. been at least a month since i last had them. I dont get what is going on. I just want my ORP!@!!!

Same here. I live in NJ and have had my Sahara JLU since April. Not a single update. I just forwarded my VIN and Software version to @JeepCares so hopefully I will hear something back soon.

I took delivery at the end of August and just got the update, with off-road pages, yesterday. Hopefully they don’t go away like some have.

Off Road Pages arrived today at 12pm ET. First update since taking delivery in August.
Jeep JLUS, Built June 11 2018, 12pm
Had OS 17.43.44. Now have OS 18.23.29
I will be back to let you all know if it disappears.

How can the UConnect website say that my UConnect 8.4 is up to date when Off Road Pages has never loaded? What kind of data base does FCA use?

Well, mine disappeared again. Reset fixed it. Again. This is just weird.

Your JLU has the same build month as mine and the same software version (17) that I had (with no ORP). I received version 18 about a week ago so hopefully yours is arriving very soon. Not only did I receive the ORP bur my Android Auto has been working better since the update too.
