Let’s gather relevant data first.
On your console, hold the driver’s side temperature controls up and down and the defrost at the same time to put the uconnect in dealer mode. In those screens you should find a software revision number. Take pics of those menus and post them.
You can also go to the uconnect website and enter your VIN to see if you have the latest software. If it tells you that an update is available it might tell you how to download and install it by USB. And if you can’t, then the dealer should.
ORP are in the manual if the dealer balks. You paid for it.
Apparently I have had the latest and greatest Uconnect software since the day I picked up the Jeep. Well, that is according to the Uconnect website where we enter the VIN.
