Thanks to everyone posting here, it helped tremendously with my own install. I thought I'd add a few comments for others looking to do the same. I bought the $25 RCA camera connector from Zautomotive that connects to the jeep's display. It's way overpriced, but it's convenient. God only knows how one would go about figuring out what are the right pin inserts to buy in order to make your own. I also bought the Natika camera described a few pages ago, but I can't say I was thrilled with it. The picture quality leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you compare it to the built-in back-up camera. The install went mostly as expected with one exception: the wire clamps provided with the Natika kit didn't work. The pwr/gnd wires on the Natika side were so small that they failed to cut through the insulation and make contact with the wires. Took me a while to debug that problem. Ended up stripping the wire insulation off, adding some solder to beef up the wire dimension and reinstalling. I've connected them to the 12V cigar plug on the center console. That is live only when the ignition is on, so no drain while the vehicle is garaged.
Please post some pics so others can see how yours looks and is installed:
Here's how mine was setup with some footage for the one I installed on my jeep... I also attached some instructions for reference...
