Unless you are looking to make a statement, don't forget the OEM steel bumper. They are not the most robust but FCA worked hard to keep the weight down and take things like crash protection into consideration. You can often find a take off on Craigslist or Ebay. I've heard mounting the Mopar winch plate in them is a royal pain. Here is a link to installing one, I don't think you have to mess with the rivnuts or skid plate since you don't have the Rubicon swaybar:
