Um, yeah...not seeing a 2024 grill here. Seems we should be able to get a part number using a 2024 VIN maybe? - Thank you
*Edit, so I searched the other forums, someone put together a great parts list with links...
The TLDR on removing the 12v accessory/cigarette outlet is, break it. Rip that thing to shreds with a pair of pliers and/or Dremel. There may be a more legit way to remove it, but I've never met anyone that could demonstrate how.
Jeep: "Let's make it silent"
Karen's : "Think of the children!"
Me: "What about deaf children?"
Conclusion : Seems unfair that only deaf children get to experience silent off-roading.
I've never actually installed a gauge in a pod like this AeroForce. Is it typical to shim around the gauge with electric tape to snug up the fit? I mean, obviously we cant put nuts on the bolts from behind the gauge, I just wish there was a more fit and finished way of doing it.
All these stories make me want to put a false gas tank under the JL full of piss and shit. Alternatively, here's hoping someone can climb under my tesla and drill into the lithium-ion cells.
If I could add to this thread, I have a question about winch mounting plates for the 4xe...
So I had a 2019 JLUR with a factory steel bumper(and steel air dam/skidplate), and back when options we more limited, I used a Warn winch plate (101255 ). This plate mounted to the front of the frame...
Unreal detailed write-up, thank you!! I'm looking to use this with the iDash and PedalMonster. I have a couple questions. My understanding is that 2 cables need to be run to the iDash (to OBD-2, and to PM). Do you think that's going to be tight to run 2 connectors through that hole? Also, has...
Has the layout/design changed in that year? Is this no longer relevant because no one is installing JB4's anymore? Perhaps I should have started up a new identical thread, so you could have chimed in and pointed me here. "Ugh, there's already a thread for this HERE, such a freakin idiot, gosh"
Meh, I'm just going to heat and bend some 1/4" ABS. Extended straight out from the fender bolts, and down flush next to the battery. Then place the JB4 on the under/inside of the ABS up next to the battery. $5, 20 mins.
I tried just replacing the 3.5"s and 4"s in the sound bar with JL Audio C2's, and they just weren't enough. I ended up just cutting out the soundbar, making a simple hardboard panel, and putting Focal Access 3-way components (6.5+3+1), and an extra set of tweeters. I repeated the same speakers...
Time to resurrect this one after almost a year. I've never done this, and I'm super hesitant to cut into headlights that will cost me over a grand to replace if I F-em up. Thanks in advance for any/all advice y'all can give me. Looking forward to adding my own experiences to assist others...
They have loaded and unloaded soundbar enclosures listed now. I'm going to have to do something soon. I already replaced all the speakers with JL Audio C2's....and they aren't going to last long.

My JL came opt'd with the Alpine "premium" system, so I need to take the stock sub out and replace it with the base model trim panel pieces......I just bit the bullet and bought 2 amps and two subs. Waiting for both DRV and PAS stealth boxes to come in to install everything next weekend. This is...
Resurrecting this. Can't see an image for the pin-out of the connector in the previous post, I'm stuck with the same issue. Where is 24 and 25? Is the image I've attached correct?
-Thank you
Thank you for your post, great pics to see this thing bolted up.
1. Q. Where is "local" ?
2. Q. Did you run into problems with it? Like a larger winch wouldn't clear the opening?
