I also noticed the KO2 37" on the Raptor is load range 'C'. It is clearly legible in the Motor Trend video. It's exciting to have load C options in 37s. Wouldn't it be nice if it was also lighter and cheaper than the load range 'D' 37s currently available? Will have to wait and see.

This is awesome news and pretty good timing! I’m moving to 37s before June so this is the tire I’ll be getting if available.

That's funny. For the last 1.5 years and 20,000 miles I thought my 37" KO2s were range C. Nope, range D. And they ride and flex terrific, these new Cs should be even better, if that's even possible!

That's exactly how I felt. Knew they were D rated, but nonetheless they do truly ride great and hold up well off road.

116 index rated c would be nice in a 37. look forward to seeing what the weight on them is compared to the current D rated

I sure hope this forces other manufacturers to get on board with this. It’s been a long time coming!

Just ask @cosine he knows!
I think that his intent was to reference another 37" load range C tire.
True, there's only like 3 that I've seen, and that includes this new BFG, the other two is that Mickey and that other BFG that's over $600 and only meant for hard core crawling.

That MT Baja Boss is also a 3 ply sidewall, which the KO2's are not. With a 3 ply sidewall, they will be a little stiffer and heavier, so if you're not going off road a 2 ply would be fine.

When I've taken my JLUR with the stock K02's of road, I constantly worried about slicing a sidewall. That's why I'll only use 3 ply sidewall's off road.....some peace of mind.

Thanks for that. I didn’t know about that tire. I should clarify I’d like to have an all terrain in a C.

I guess what I’d really like to see a larger variety of load range C tires in 37”x12.5x17.

Does this get anybody else excited? I think this is new. I went with the current gen's 315 Cs for their weight, ride, and price. These might get me to move to 37s in the future.

Rumor are these might be new KO3 that is coming soon.

Edit - saw full pic and K02's. Wonder what the launch platform will be for the K03's?
