All, here is what I achieved on my 2019 Lifted on 35's Sport 2.6L Auto driving from Sand Hollow UT to home near Denver CO. Note this is up I15 and then I70 through the mountains. No cruise control, trade speed for altitude during uphill segments (noting UT seems to be uphill in both directions) but essentially speed limit the entire distance. 80mph in some places of UT, 75 mostly everywhere with 60 in some mountain grades.

Around town, (Northern Colorado Front Range) around 21 urban, 22 highway, 23 rural. Always 91 octane, light foot, ESS and defensive as hell. Everyone here has a phone in their face while driving. Not uncommon to wait through multiple traffic light cycles around Denver because someone ahead is texting and not paying attention. Of course, they always make the orange...

I have just the sport model. Stock tires and air pressure is at 40 psi. I’m just babying it because it’s new I’m sire it will never be this good again . Lol
Chris, MPG actually IMPROVES a few thousand miles into it - at least, with the 8-speed transmission.

I have a heavily mod’d 2 door Sport with Lockers, 37s, Dana front and rear, 4.88 gears, roof rack for skis/Kayaks/overlanding gear etc and get 15-17mpg depending on driving conditions . I live in Tahoe at 6500 ft so mostly mountainous terrain which hurts mileage
