Most Unique Tire Covers

I know we all love to be artistic with our Jeeps, including tire covers. But where in the wild world of sports did this person get the idea for this tire cover. I was at a stoplight today and this was in front of me and I had to take a picture because I didn’t think anybody would believe me or thought I was high or drunk when I was trying to describe this Jeep tire cover to them.

Here's what I'm rocking right now. I couldn't find the sloth waving an American flag while riding a T. rex that's shooting lasers out of it's eyes with a camera cut out, so this was the next best thing.
