What is the wiggle you are talking about (I am new to JLU)? I bought an adjustable rear track bar for my wife's High-Tide that I haven't put in yet. But I always wondered what would be the difference in the adjustable rear track bar and the relocation bracket.
when you are going over speeds of 60+ and driving over uneven pavement or road, the jeeps wiggle... shake... also a steering sector shaft !

Thank you for the explanation. I bought Steer Smarts Yeti Front Tie Rod, Track Bar, Drag Link, Stabilizer relocation bracket, Rear Track Bar Sector Shaft Brace and Fox ATS Stabilizer for her JLU. I am also putting my Mojave shocks on her JLU. Wasn't sure if I needed a rear track bar relocation bracket or not. I guess I should get one....

if you are going to be lifting over 2.5" now or later , get the adjustable rear track bar...

So … I just watched a guy on YouTube install the lift on a 21 gladiator. This video is about 2 years old. BUT first thing he said was this “ the Mopar directions don’t tell you this. But you install the even numbered spring on the driver side and odd number spring on the passenger side. !!!!! Wtfffff ? The latest and greatest Mopar directions show the opposite !!!! Has anyone heard the is or seen the video ? Video channel is Messin with mr Wilson Blue gladiator …

thanks for the photos , looking at the left side spring , im assuming the coil terminates toward the back ?
yes.
(i haven't had any time in daylight to get under the J**p for another pic.)

did you install the lift yourself ? could any of this have to do with being on a driveway at a slope and lifted the front ? i mean its not rocket science , im going to check the upper spring pads, i think they have left and a right , and according to RK, cut the 2 nubs and rotate them , i think it may straighten the spring from up top and a bit away from touching the frame rail
no; was done with help, and a lift.
but i can't imagine the slight slope of an average driveway would have more effect than the weight of the vehicle. (assuming it can't be much slope if it's safe enough to jack the vehicle up.)

also , can anyone confirm based off the part numbers if the front spring part numbers are as follows :

68488667AA RF ( according to the manual )
68488666AA LF ( according to the manual )
maybe these are reversed for the Diesels ?
my lift literature is old (from when i did my lift) and it's obviously changed; it doesn't show any difference between spring numbers for Left and Right for the 77072399AB lift, but my saved instructions are vintage K6862546AB, from ~6 years ago.

it's hard to describe, but it was obvious when it was gone; sort of like there was a little less of this side-to-side when going over something like speed bumps, for example.

no, what i'm talking about was at the rear; nothing to do with the front.
(FWIW, i already had a Sector Shaft/Track Bar Mount brace before i installed the Rear Relocation Bracket.)
it's all about correcting the Roll Center.

it was true for a while that Even #s went to one side and Odd #s went to the other side, but i believe the Diesel broke that rule. there was much hand-wringing about the fact that the install instructions changed over the years, and J**p may have gotten it wrong for a while, but that should have been corrected years ago already.

I see, hmm.... i just dont get it , why it bows inward with the Mopar pads and with the RK pads , one side was out and back... if i recall correctly... going to pull it all apart this weekend ...
i was very hopeful, that the springs and pads in the instruction were backward... i got happy and sad at the same time lol

i didn't use RK stuff, so comparos of the adjustment wouldn't necessarily be relevant.

not sure what you meant by "...spring of...", but i don't recall this many years later the differences of anything from side to side; just followed the instructions at the time (which were known to have errors; later revisions were revised to swap spring numbers, for example).
just called 2 Jeep dealers in LA, and they told me the springs are the opposite based off the part numbers

68488667AA Left front
68488666AA Right front

so according to the Mopar instructions for the 3.0 diesel these are in reverse !

Hello, anyone who has installed their Mopar lift kit, did you also replace the rear track bar ?
I have the mopar lift kit for the 4xe, and I did not replace the track bar. I installed the lift kit myself a bit over a year ago and have been pretty satisfied with it.

Just my $0.02

Yeah I had no spring issues, but 4xe model has different springs than the others in this lift kit
