Over the weekend I installed the Mopar AUX switch kit. I followed the directions from Mopar as well as referencing the videos by CJoffroad and Quadratec.
I have the Tazer JL Mini equipped. I set Tazer setting for AUX to ON from OFF.
In the settings menu I now see AUX switches and I am able to modify the settings per AUX switch.

Now the major issue. They are not working!
The switches do not light up when I press the button on any AUX Switch.
If there are no accessories hooked up does you AUX still light up when you push the button?

I mounted an ARB Twin in the cargo area and ran cables to the battery and AUX 4.
Now I don't know if the AUX switches are not working or whether I did not wire the ARB correctly.
Well as such as long as the ARB was wired correctly, I do have something connected to AUX 4 and as stated above nothing turns on.

Any help is much appreciated.

Update: Issue fixed.
I ended up taking it to the dealer. They said it was a reflash. They reflashed even though I had done the Tazer Jl Mini update and I had seen the settings for AUX switches. The reflash did not work.
They found a fuse that was not installed as this option was not installed with the Jeep.

Make sure you check for a fuse related to these AUX switches that does not come with the Mopar kit. Not sure if I am the only one to be missing this fuze.

Happen to know what fuse? That would be amazing if this was the fix.

So my ESS warning light is on now. Won’t turn off and has disabled the system.

Need to find out why.

I think something might be drawing power while the car is off.

Ever solve this? I have the same issue after installing mine.

Going back to the dealer tomorrow.
Was the Dealership able to help you?

I installed the Aux Switch bank in my 2019. The Install looks good, have checked the connections several times.
Tool it to the Dealership to flash the Uconnect, which they did.
The Unit still seems to not be getting any power. The dealership said I could bring it back, but thought I would see your dealership was able to help before I took it up there.

If anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated!

So I have the TAZER JL Mini. I was able to falsh the system myself which did not work.

I took it to the dealer and they flashed it, but they said I was missing a fuse that was supposed to come with the kit. I cannot tell you which fuse but yes it works now.

So, adding a fuse to the fuse box got rid of your ESS error?

Same thing has happened to me now but I also have a check engine light
