Just installed Apex TSR hydro assist and now I have a big dead spot in the middle of my a steering that wasn't there before when running FOX ATS stabalizer. I'm not sure how the new apex ram could cause this though. I did have to remove and reinstall my whole steering box so maybe I screwed something up. I wasn't sure which way the steering box knob? That comes out the back and goes into the steering column went in, seemed like it could be orientated two ways. Not sure if that is the issue. I will attach a video.

If possible have someone shake the wheel while you look at the steering shaft connection into the box, drag link, pitman, and trackbar. That should tell you if the play is between the steering shaft and the box, in the steering box, or maybe one of the linkages are not tight. Make sure the steering shaft turns the box input as expected. If the pitman arm doesn't move while the steering wheel is moved, the play is in the box. If the pitman moves ok, but the wheels don't maybe there is a loose connection in the draglink. If that moves ok, watch the track bar. If the track bar has play it is easier for the steering to move the frame and body of the Jeep than it is for it to move the tires in concrete.

you have air in the system somewhere. Crack open fittings slightly that connect to the ram and open the cap to the reservoir and let it gravity bleed for a couple hours. tighten the fittings start the engine with tires on the ground and cycle the steering lock to lock 20 times

Ok I think so too. Wondered how to bleed other than turning the wheels. So open both connections on ram so they drip for a few hours?

Yes just crack them enough to where fluid is slightly dripping out. When you tighten them up after a couple of hours start the engine and let it run for a minute or two before you start turning lock to lock slowly. Make sure you have the reservoir cap cracked open the whole time through this process. After you are done turning lock to lock let it sit another 15 29 minutes then put the cap back on and go for a drive

One last thing make sure there is plenty of fluid in the reservoir never let it get empty otherwise that will suck air in the system all over again
