So I installed rock slide engineering step slides using the direct to battery line inside the cab from the aux package. The slide wiring has a 20amp fuse in line and a switch so figured direct was the way to go (supppsed to be directly attached to the battery anyway).
it worked for a day but then that wire went dead. Not sure why. The step slide fuse is fine. I connected to the 40amp line and all is working again but when I hooked my bolt meter to the direct to battery line itās dead.
does it have a fuse I donāt know about that might have tripped?
