When you had your initial issue did the aux switches light up when pressed or nothing? Any input is appreciated:)
Mine wouldn’t light up or do anything I did find there was a revision in the part number for the auxiliary switch bank I ordered a new one and it fix the problem never had an issue after that

Good info, I also noticed the rev change on the part. I guess I need to order one. Thanks!

My aux switches have lost all power. The lights do not come on and they do not function. The service bulletin is not the issue, the switches are snapped together well. The fuses are all good. The batter is new and reading greater than 12 volts. Any other thing I should look at before purchasing new switches? Does anyone know what voltage should be on the wires in the plug? Thanks

I had the same issue, the switch array was bad. I haven't had time to take the old one apart for analysis as I curious what inside died when it was never even used (works now to turn my winch solenoid on/off).

Greeting Jeepers,
Did ya find the cause of the switches not working? I was in the middle of recovery and my lights from Switch 3 just stopped. Battery was good and no warning lights about switches unavailable due to charge. Thought it was the lights(cheap PIA Amazon lights. They were fake LP6s that were bright at first and now are covered in condensation.) but I took them off and they worked via direct battery contact. Rewired a pair of Real BD LP6s to S3 and S4 and nothing. The lights did work with S1. Dealer delivered some serious WTF diagnosis; 'switches aren't made for third party appliances'. Any idea why the lower amp 3&4 dont work? TYIA

Sorry for the late response as was playing in CO and then Moab. 2022 JLUR. All fuses are good and each associated were pulled and reset. Headlights on or off have no effect on switches. The lower amp switches refuse to work, either assigned to battery or ignition. After two weeks and 6k miles other warranty issues have occurred. So taking her in for warranty work and negotiating a 30k service at another dealer. Btw S3&S4 have no power to them and open circuit. Thank you again and appreciate the responses

Headlights on or off have no effect on switches.
The headlights on will illuminate the AUX switch backlight. When my switch array failed with the headlights on there was NO backlight present.
