My wife currently drives a 21 rubicon with the 2.0, just ordered her a new Jeep, when it comes in I’ll be taking ownership of her current vehicle.
My plan is to lift it, maybe add 37” tires and some other modifications, it will be on pavement 95% of the time but I still want it to look good.
Is this Rusty’s lift a good option? If not any recommendations around the same price?

Can I match that lift with these shocks?

I’ve never done a lift myself but I think I can handle it with the help of some friends. Any suggestions are appreciated. Even better with pictures

Rusty's is fine, lots of options around that level.

Those are just the rear pair of shocks.

With a little experience and the right tools, a JL lift install is not bad.

Based on your need and experience, something with maintenance free joints might be a better fit. Nothing wrong with the Rusty's, but like previous mentioned, with the same price range there are many other options that would perform similar with less maintenance.

For 37.....3.5" JKS K-Kontrol, is a quality entry level kit.

Good point. I believe that Rusty offers a rubber option.

OP, difference will be maintenance and NVH. Rubber will flex less, but be better noise/ride wise.

Would that clear 37’s with minimal or no rubbing?
@Fuser.

Note, the included kit components are very different. Don't go straight by price.

You'll want to decide if you want to replace all the arms are not. In my opinion, it's not necessary at this time if you intend to mainly run it as a pavement princess and don't want to be able to show off on the flex ramp. I'd recommend at least one set of front adjustable arms (either upper or lower) no matter what for caster correction. Instead of front arms, you can do geo brackets which will ride better at the sacrifice of clearance.

The 2.5 works out closer to 3, definitely clears 37s. You will need new wheels or to run spacers with the stocks.

Yes. Looks like Rusty’s lift comes with more components than the Clayton’s that was suggested. Not sure if quality on Clayton’s is that much better

Northridge (forum sponsor) is a great outfit and will carry most brands. Forum discount code JLWRANGLERFORUMS will normally get you the best price you’ll find.
