I put in LED taillight unit replacements too. They were designed for the Sport/Non-LED models so again no programming needed. Forget which brand they are but they've been fine for a few years now as well.

I rarely use the fogs so left them as is from the factory, they are still halogens. If they ever burn out or break I'll think about replacing them then with LEDs.
Thanks for the information. Appreciated. I got stock halogens too, I should be good upgrading to LED’s with no issues. Thanks again?

Go to Headlight Revolution, they have the best quality bulbs and tell you exactly what you need for the full Jeep
Some areas in the USA do not allow LED bulbs in a Halogen reflector and you can be cited, the bulbs on Amazon and places like that are cheaper and produce a bad pattern, the bulbs from headlight revolution are higher quality bulbs that produce the same pattern as the Halogen only much brighter
I have had mine in a year and they have run faultless with no issues on the computer
I’ll check that out. Thank you?

Thanks. I see Oracles as plug n play. Nobody said anything about any tazer or dealership coding? I guess it’s not required than. Any information about this?
Not to my knowledge reg Oracles. I ran Oracle LEDs (BiLEDs) a long time before buying my Tazer JL Mini

I’m thinking of ordering Oracle Oculus Bi-LED heated headlights.
Did you change fog lights too? Any information on that?

Yes, I changed out my fog lights for Oracles but not at the same time. IMO Oracles are the best. I did have to order some adapter metal brackets for my Oracle fog lights to fit. I had picked up a Rubi Steel OEM bumper and it required brackets that I purchased at Extreme Terrain. KC makes some really nice LEDs that resemble factory halogens.

halogen < LED bulbs < LED fixtures

Go with what your budget allows following that path. I was OK with the factory halogens for nearly 2 years. Finally had a little budget so went with LED bulbs ~6 months ago as winter set in and I was doing more night driving. They're better than the halogens, for sure, but I also believe that they're probably inferior to true LEDs (which I've not experienced personally).

The biggest thing I would say is whether you go LED bulbs or LED fixtures, please, please, please, for the love of all things holy, AIM YOUR LIGHTS PROPERLY.

There's nothing worse than getting blinded on a curvy backroad by some @$$hole with ultrabright LEDs that are aimed poorly.

Yeah I got good reviews about Oracles. I am having trouble finding Oracle halo led fog lights, there’s different ones for different models. I have a rubicon JLU, do you have pics or link?

Thanks for the detailed information. Yes I have experienced that and will try not to do that?

I don't. I actually picked up my fog lights at a retail store in Laurel MS while on vaca. The place was Hellfighters a motorcycle and Jeep store. Look em up, they are a neat organization!

I’ll check KC lights. Thanks for sharing?

I like that these guys engineer their LED bulbs to output light at the same dimension as the original Halogen bulb. This makes the best use of the housing and reflector.

Thanks. What you mean by prox? Sorry I’m new to all this. Any issues if I change fog lights? Is there any particular fog lights or tail lights I should get to avoid any issues? Thanks
The proximity alert is mounted inside the stock taillights if opted. I don’t have that feature but I’ve heard of issues going to the Oracle tail light with this.
I forgot, I also upgraded my fogs to Oracle again no issue, plug and play.

Hey Joey,

I installed LasFit LED headlights & fog lights, I did have to dial them down a tad, they're fantastic. I think they were like $48 bucks.

Best of luck my friend, & welcome to the forum.
