So, this morning whilst out on a trail, the jeep decided it wanted to update UConnect, and I let it.
The update was rather quick. However, while it appears to be faster and more responsive, (ex "Play album Who's next" is now very snappy. I probably have 10,000 + songs stored on the SSD in my console and switching seems faster. But, they seemed to have removed USB 2 as a media source. You have XM, Bluetooth, Android Auto, FM, USB 1, etc BUT NO USB 2.
They did however provide a "much sought after new feature" - you now have a new media source - SD CARD. After I got home i spent a while looking for our SD CARD slot,
gave up and decided to plug the ssd in to USB 1.
Great Job Programmers, Great Job !!!
