Just a quick update on the LED turns for my halogen bulbs, as stated by JP from Oracle they do work without resistors and no flash required, no hyper flashing either, the rears however would require the use of resistors but I had originally had the Winjet Renegade lights in but has QC issues with the lights so sent them back and will patiently wait to see what Oracle may release in the future.

Pretty straightforward install as these are right next to the DRL bulbs that I swapped to LED’s a few weeks ago you just have to remove one more additional 8mm bolt to get the fender liner pulled back more.

The bulbs do get to full brightness quicker and the pattern seems to me more dispersed within the light housing with a slightly different color pattern, as far as them being brighter they may be slightly brighter than the halogen bulbs when dark but appear to these old eyes about the same in daylight

Here is a short vid of halogen versus Oracle LED side by side, I started on the halogen side and panned to the right where the Oracle LED is, for those that have a sport I believe they also have switchbacks that dont need resistors but you would need to contact them to make sure.

I gotta tell you if you are saying that the first one on the video (left side passenger) is the halogen and the second one (right side driver) is the LED, then the halogen is much brighter.

I asked about that and here is the info per Oracle

LED bulbs don’t seem as vibrant during the day. That’s typically the case with any normal LED bulbs that do not have an optic or anything to focus the light on the tip. The real focus on the signal bulbs is to change the color to a more vibrant amber which will be uniform with the other LEDs on the front of the Jeep and not so much the brightness
