Hey all, found a button for me to play with, instead of just pushing it i wanna make sure i have the order right. For the abs kill in trail view, the security bypass needs to be plugged in correct?

Yes, that's correct. I leave the ECRI security gateway bypass plugged in at all times, unless I'm taking it to the dealership then I unplug everything. The OBD2 JScan I only plug in when I'm making changes.

Gotcha, was just making sure I can start the jeep if the module is bypassed.
So it would be bypassed security module via cable, and then my wireless obd2 and then jscan trail view correct?

Than sound good to me.
Usually you connect the hardware, than start the engine or put it in run mode "engine not running" depending on your need.

In regard to leaving the security gateway off all the time. My understanding: It was put there to segment communication between the Uconnect that is internet enabled and the rest of the onboard computer. In other word it act like a bulkheads on a ship to segment Uconnect from the other internal system.
