Just got an update on my JScan app that shows a regen feature. I was curious if anyone has actually used it yet.

A year later, I ran the DPF Regen and it worked great, taking my DPF down to 8%. I was not going into regen since my combined city/highway driving kept the percentage below the regen threshold.

I was getting error code P00AF – Turbocharger Boost Control Module “A” Performance. STAR Case Number: S2018000009 suggest a manual regen to remedy a varnish buildup from low duty cycle/high idle driving encountered at the assembly plants before the vehicles are shipped. I got this error when the vehicle was relatively new and it happened in the same exact place three times after going up a long grade on the freeway and then going down the backside when the turbo load went down. So far, problem solved.
