Yep, my blood pressure skyrockets if I am in her truck while she is driving. Whenever we go somewhere together, I have to drive. I donāt even let her push the shopping cart.
Thatās actually who I have now. We used to have State Farm, they dropped us because of her driving. Iāve been driving since I was 12 (started on farm equipment) and have had one accident due to brake failure. I am 54 now. I think my insurance company figures that we even out the odds.
No, thank god. But literally in the 19 years we have been together she has totaled 2 cars, wrecked her 2019 Colorado zr2 3 times, her 2010 wrangler 4 times, a Nissan titan twice, two z28 Camaros, a Chevy blazer, a dodge neon (totaled), a Hyundai Elantra ( drove over a cinder block on the highway...
Does anyone else NOT let their wife/husband/significant other drive their Jeep?
I love my wife more than anything, but she is the worst driver in the world. She has wrecked every vehicle she has owned. Some multiple times and I wonāt take a chance with my Jeep. Am I the only one being too...
Should I remove my Derringer tuner and PedalMonster before I get this done? do you think the dealership will care? Iām wondering if my Derringer will need to be updated due to the new fuel pump.
If I remember correctly, thereās a bunch of different settings for the HVAC controls in the Jscan. Make sure you have the right one for your vehicle, dual zone, single zone, etc. if itās not the right one, it will not work.
You should definitely invest in the idash gauge so you can monitor whatās going on. I have one with my banks tuner and PedalMonster. I donāt shut my engine off until the turbo temperature cools down below 400Ā°. Itās not cheap, but it is a great tool to monitor the engine.
Sounds like you experienced an engine derate. Stopping after a interstate drive for a few minutes the under hood temps of the jeep got pretty hot. When you went back on the interstate, the underhood temps were probably high from heat soak. once you got back up to interstate speeds the engine...
I havenāt noticed any change, I canāt get the alert to pop up when an active region starts either. But I do have it monitored so I can see when it starts to regen. But it says passive, not active.
