And I'm wondering why I didn't do this 2 years ago?!? Running 37's on JLUR, and only 150 miles into break in, but the jeep just runs at so much smoother ranges, and shifts seem to be much better throughout the rpm band. I do have a superchip 93 tune on as well, but my ave mpg on the way to the shop (75 miles) was 15.1, and 18.7 driving home.
Granted, the drive home was a bit easier, but it shows me what the rig is capable of under the proper conditions.
Anyone on the fence, do it, and don't look back! Shout out to Craig at Drive Line Service in Charleston, WV for the install. Super cool guy and awesome to do business with!

Wow, congratulations. I am assuming you have the 2.0? I’ve thought about doing the same down the road.

I had the same thoughts when I had mine done 2 months ago after nearly a year on stock gears...why did I wait??

Same. I had 3.45s with 35s for almost a year. Went to 4.88s and 37s and Jeep is running much better. 4.88s with 35s was much more pleasurable as well. Made a huge difference with crawling on trails as well. Especially on the sport with the different transfer case.

I just got 5.13s done too, and feel the same. It’s perfectly geared now and I should have done it sooner. I know it’s hard to drop that kind of money on something that you can’t see, but if it’s something that you’ve been thinking about because it might be “better”. DO IT! It’s so much better and worth every cent.

ps... 3.6 auto with 37s.

Same here, 5.13 and 37's, got them done a couple of weeks ago. 4.10 and 35's were the sweet spot with my 2dr but the 37's were a big jump.
