Shop is ordering an RK lift it for me along with a new front driveshaft. They want to know if my U-joint in the front is a 1310 or 1350. I honestly don’t know. I recall reading that they had remove the front axle delete from 2024 forward. I don’t have access to a shop manual.

I have a 2024 two-door JLR, basically stock except for some armor upgrades. Does anyone know is the factory U-joint is a 1310 or 1350, from the front differential to the driveshaft?

You sure they aren't asking which one you want? IIRC, it's a plate/flange bolted on at the diff in front, you replace the original joint.

If it's one or the other it's definitely not a 1350.

factory is rzeppa (CV) joint, not u-joint. I think they're asking you which one you want to buy
RZeppa is at the case, there's a single U-Joint at the front diff on the stock shaft.

Thanks all. Most of my personal experience with this stuff is with my YJ so I feel under-researched for the JLR.

The factory joint is a 1330. I would upgrade to the 1350.
Ford is the only manufacturer to use the 1330. Jeeps use a 1310.

And yeah, it's a flange on the axle. Easy to bolt up a 1350 in its place.

Yeah, turns out this is what they were asking. I am going with the 1350. Thanks again, all!

How much lift are you installing and what is the extended length of the front shocks?

If you don't have a FAD, and you want 6* of caster or so up front, a 1350 joint will probably give you vibrations. The 1310 has a larger window of happy.

If your shocks aren't 28" or longer, don't replace your driveshaft, spend the money elsewhere.

This is the way. AEV 2.5 lift with all the flex I need for the rocks. Shocks aren’t over 27” so no need to replace the stock shaft. I still had room left to go if I wanted on the ramp.
