Saw this on the Jeep website, dont know if they are still removable or not but they are one way valves now instead of just rubber plugs.

WASH-OUT INTERIOR
The wash-out interior features all-new, one-way drain valves in the floor to let the water flow out but not back in. Just remove the carpet and you can wash out the interior with a hose.

Nice. I’ve certainly regretted having the drain plugs out when driving off-road and filling my floors with muddy water from underneath.
