Probably an unpopular opinion but I preferred the zippers to the tracks the JL windows slid into. I did not find the zippers all that difficult and I never heard of a JK window flying out on the highway. I also liked how I could zip out the top of the rear window and leave the sides in with the sunrider open for a nice free airflow through the whole Jeep and no worries about where to store any windows.
The soft top I had on my JKU was a Trektop Glide. That was the first top to eliminate zippers completely, and the factory Mopar top is light years ahead of that in ease of use. They definitely worked out all the kinks from them to now!
