My jeep went into limp mode, and the electronic throttle light came on (red lightning).
How would I go about cleaning this?
Tried battery reset, light keeps coming back.

Cleaned the mas af sensor in the intake, thinking it's dirty (which it was). Did nothing.
When i drive, it sounds like it's sucking in a lot of air.
Going uphill, it's like an on/off switch and variable 1 sec.

Do you have a code reader? I'd start by googling the error code and then asking chatgpt or searching YouTube..

I did, and found a thread here, but they didn't find a solution.

Yes.
But I doubt that is what's making the loud noise. Sounds like there's a hole in the intake, but I checked it.

Ok, so i been doing a lot of reading.
Aux battery is disconnected, but that's not it.
Looked up those codes, I dont understand any of it (English is not 1st language and I am not good with this electronic stuff).
Says it could need a forced regen.
Or need new throttle control or brake control (near pedals).
Could be rodents have chewed a cable that is causing this issue.
Or sensors are really dirty. I tried reaching these, but not mechanically inclined to do so.
Is my last option, taking it to the dealer?

What should I try first?

Take it to a dealer if it's still under warranty.

Clear all the codes, Then unmarry your taser and remove it. Drive it around for a while to see if the codes come back. I read somewhere the taser was causing some of these codes.

I have removed tazer and banks PM. Problem still persists. Even if I clear the codes, it comes back within a few minutes.

ABS seems to be a reoccurring theme with a few of the codes also a lot of mention of sensors reporting implausible data. ABS module or ECU error would be my guess.

Regardless you tried all the simple workarounds to clear erroneous codes and the codes keep coming back so something is broken; no way around that unfortunately. Either you have the skill to fix it or your taking it to someone who can.

Have you checked for cables touching or rubbing? One is near the exhaust, other near the front axle.

I cleared the codes, and it'll drive different once cleared, but engine light and warning lights come back on within minutes, turbo doesn't work when engine light is on.

Taking it to jeep tomorrow, I hope my 5 year warranty is still in place, got a 2020.
