Part Number 06105124AA. (Sad that I know that part number off hand like that, been building Jeeps way too long.)

It's definitely a loose seat belt bolt that shouldn't have been in your Jeep.

Back in the 60s my uncle bought a Dodge that had a "rattle" in the back that only happened on rough roads. The dealer couldn't find it, and after several attempts he decided to start tearing and find what was going on. It turned out to be a nut that was brazed onto a spring, and the spring brazed onto the bottom inside of the rear fender. Done at the factory by some clown. He thought it was so funny he wasn't upset.

If you happen to pass by the person that does the left side front seat bolts in JT's ask them to watch out and not cross thread it. I know why it's got a half inch of threads now. 😒
