I found this on Amazon. They list it as a Tazer Mini DCL. I’m not sure what DCL means, but I’m guessing it’s because they’re adding a decal, and maybe bundling let’s them get around any minimum advertised price issues?
If you look at the description of the seller, Trends Auto, it says the business name is Toys For Trucks in Wisconsin. Toys For Trucks is listed as a dealer on the Z Automotive website.
Anyone have any experience with this company?

Thanks for a great find and posting about it.

No such animal as an "older version" Tazer JL Mini. If you are wanting a Tazer JL Mini, go for it as the price is way low with that seller presently ..
Thanks for that bit of knowledge.

I decided to take the plunge. I already had the cable on order from Z automotive website, order is "on hold" but my CC was charged, hope that doesn't mean the cable is out of stock. I will wait until I get the unit and see if it works before buying the $20 warranty. The Zautomotive website shows Toys for Trucks with several locations in WI as authorized dealers, so we'll see how this all turns out.

I saw that.
They shipped mine on Sunday.
I got it today. Looks like the real deal. Came in the same kind of box that my tazer SGW cables came in. Sometime this weekend I'll check the firmware and play around with it, after I finish replacing my aux battery and charging everything up.

I just bought one for my wife's JLUR to kill the ESS. I also want the flashing brake light and eventually I'll put a lift on it.

I missed the deal because I smelled fish. When I decided to buy it, the price had gone to 329. So I bought directly from Joe, instead.

I wish I'd jumped on it, but oh well. I had budgeted the full price anyway and I'd rather Joe get the markup.

I didn't buy the warranty, though. I have an early Tazer JL in my Jeep and never had an issue with it. It's 3 or 4 years old now.
