Same, no issues. They are a dealer’s online parts department. Not sure if this is the case, but if something is on national back order, they can’t offer an update.

My apology for being overly anxious. I had ordered Windshield Defense back early in August. Order number was 145089074. I canceled the order a couple of days ago. So It may not be in the system. I would be happy to re-order it If I had some idea of its availability.
