WILDROCK 4X4 IS A SCAM

Thought I'd share my experience with Wild Rock 4x4 here..

Order never received- card charged
I ordered a headlight bracket for my jeep wrangler JL (2018) two weeks ago. After purchasing the bracket Wildrock sent me and email letting em know I would receive an email and a text once the brackets were sent out. I never received an email or text. A week later I emailed Wildrock, no response, emailed them again, no response. They have no number attached to their website so you can't call in. There was a number attached to the charge on my credit card, called them and the number doesn't exist. I've filed a dispute and will never purchase a thing from these guys.

Also waiting for the folks to come in here and make the argument that more communication isn't necessary. Its a Jeep thing. Be patient. This is a case of instant gratification it's only been two weeks, once upon a time I ordered something and it came really fast so you should be patient that yours hasn't.

Listen I can be patient and I can see that "more communication" isn't necessary but SOME communication in my book is required.. For God's sake it's 2018. I get it, its the holidays and "everyone is backed up" but no communication is unacceptable.

I agree 100%. That is completely unacceptable. The bottom part of my post was more tongue in cheek due to people around here making excuses when companies pull this shit.

Case in point, a ton of '19 orders are over 30 days past ship date. You can track a $7.99 pizza but do you think FCA can provide adequate details on a 60k order or why its delayed? Nope. The amount of people that defend companies providing no communication around here is comical.

No I am with you 100%. Even if WildRock4x4 was legit, this is exactly why companies fail. Its 2018 approaching 2019 and timely communication is the minimum expectation because this is where the industry is.

That site is sketch overall. If you google their listed address it is actually for a shipping center business operating by the name WoldCPS.

370 Turnbull Canyon Rd, City of Industry, CA 91745
Phone number I found associated with the business address was (626) 855-3088.

Also appears they list a incorrect ZIP ( CA 91746) for that street location. They may rent space in the building to operate from.

Update:

Three weeks after ordering and one day after filing a dispute with my bank Wildrock responded to my email and notified me that my order is now being shipped. They asked that I please drop the dispute with the bank yet they've charged my card again and have not responded to my email requesting that they cancel the order.

This is a disaster. Please share this and avoid Wildrock at all cost.

I ordered a set of their "OEM side rails" which I can only imagine are a mopar copy, I ordered them on Saturday 7/13/19 and got an email today saying they are shipped. Should get them through fedex on Thursday. I'll post on the quality and install once I get them. Hopefully it is not a scam as I came across this after ordering... Overall the communication and response time has been great in this instance!

A search of wildrock4x4 on for me yields some Chinese characters with a broken Facebook link on google.ca for me.
Which I can only guess is a Chinese clone site trying to sell their copies overseas.

I am not so sure it is a scam, maybe a knock offs for sure, but here are the running boards I got from them. Ordered them on Saturday 7/13, and received them on 7/19. Was 189$ shipped.
