hi,
I installed a new ball joint from Synergy, not sure if this is expected result.

They are pretty tight when turning the wheel, and the rubber boots on the ball joint is also turning and stretching. Not sure if this is the expected behavior - I'm concerned the rubber boot will get stretched and fatigue, eventually crack.

They will be tight for a little bit until you drive a bit. Did you grease them? Looks like they could use a little more.

I did, it's a flush style zerk fitting. Not sure why but the once I take the needle off the fitting, grease pops out. Maybe it's full?

Wipe it off as best as you can and see if you can locate the check ball in the bottom of the fitting. There should be a tiny little ball bearing that stops the grease from coming back out. It’s tough to fill those flush style fittings because you have to constantly keep pressure on them when filling. With standard fittings you can use a quick disconnect and it will hold it all in place. Never understood why they still use needle styles these days.
