You guys should just go put your VINs in at http://jl.cryptostickers.net and get automatic emails when you get a build sheet and sticker. This isn't as much detail as Jeep Chat or the dealer can provide, but it's more set it and forget it.

I'll be honest, once my sticker was there I did poke Jeep Chat almost daily to see where the vehicle was and if it was actually on a train out of the depot yet?

I am now starting to check weekly. I ordered on March 26, got the VON that same day. Got my VIN and D1 status about a week later and today I went to Jeep live chat to see that the status is still D1. Great anticipation here!

3 days later than you and same. White, painted top, all but smoker. I think it's gonna be AWHILE.

Hey guys. First post here. Ordered 3/26. Went straight to D status on 3/27 and been there ever since. My build:

JLUR
3.6L
6-speed
White
Soft-top
Black cloth seats
Painted fenders
LED package
8.4 Nav package
Butt warmer package
Trailer/tow package


I've read that LEDs and soft-top are the reason for delays but not confirmed. I contacted Jeep through Chat about a week after I ordered and again today and still in D status (I was told that is scheduling?).

I'm not complaining about the wait much because I get to drive my 85 CJ while I wait patiently....

I am 70 yo pushing 71. I am excited about the delivery of my new JLUR. I have already received an after market front bumper and winch. I am more impatient about the slow trickle of after market pieces. It will come when it will come! Patience all! Cheers!

And yes, firecracker red with matching top and fenders! It will have 35's and a modest lift!

Ordered 3/29, D1 on 4/9, original Estimated Ship Date 4/20, but today (4/20) was in F status (Paint).
Punk’n Sport S 4dr with dual tops.
I've checked about twice a week since ordering.

Thank you! I called the number above and they were super helpful. Not only were they extremely nice and accommodating, but they were able to give me more information on the status of my Jeep than the traditional customer service number.

I have checked with Jeep Chat every single day since I’ve ordered (3/3) haha! (They probably hate me by now)

I walked outta my dealership with my VON, and here we are 10 days later and still in C with no VIN! Ugh
I ordered my Jeep on 2/27 and received my VIN on 3/8. I've been in D status since then! I just figured out how to check on my status on the Live Chat on the Jeep site this week. I need to be in D1 yesterday!! I was told 6-8 weeks. It's 8 1/2 weeks now. I'll be checking every day!!

You might get better response by calling the telephone # on the Jeep.com website. When I used Jeep Chat I really felt like I was being stonewalled. Others have had issues. I received my VON moments after my deposit was acknowledged. I waited a week and through the dealer I was at D1. Only 4 weeks later I had my build sheet and sticker. Confirmation with Jeep Care my build was released from the factory and tentatively scheduled for 5/21 to 5/25 to my dealer, Dennis Dillon in Idaho.

Thank you so much. I will do that! Very frustrated. I figured I had plenty of time for it to come in before my present lease was up at the end of May. Looks like I have to extend my lease. :(

Several of us have emailed [email protected] and no reply yet for days. :( If you search for that email address using the search function within jlwranglerforums.com, you will see the other comments about not receiving a reply. And I sent a private message on this forum to jeepcares on April 18, no reply. I just forwarded it now again on 4/27.
