How often do you check your order status?

That phone number they posted some time last week has been the most helpful for me. I’m in KZ now so no need to check anymore other then to just make sure the given time frame hasn’t been pushed back. The lady was very friendly as well.

I was told by my dealer and Jeep Chat that my Jeep was in Friday morning. Late Friday afternoon, I checked with the new Jeep Cares phone number, just for kicks and giggles. That lady was VERY nice, but she also told me my Jeep is only in D1 status.

There are multiple KZ codes, like KZ-T, KZ-U, etc. It can show some insight of where it is in the shipping process. As some other threads have said, sometimes it can get stuck for 30+ days in a specific KZ level (KZ-T for example). Here are the detailed codes - https://www.jeepfan.com/tech/chrysler-jeep-vehicle-order-codes/. Sometimes Jeep chat won't give out the sublevels of KZ, sometimes they do. Just try multiple times until you get the right person.

Hi guys, today JL crypto stickers said I got my build sheet. Not sure where I look on it for status info? At the bottom it just says D to D1 not sure what that means. I got my VON on June 4 and my VIN not too long after that.

Order tracking doesn't mean much, if Jeep doesn't change your status. I have been in 'D' for eight weeks!

I check every Wednesday and Friday. I watched it go from VIN to D1 over the span of 9 days.

I use the tracking service available through Jeep Garage.

A paid Lever III ($25) or higher membership is required. Level IV ($30) and up receive PDF vehicle build sheet after the vehicle is built

The following information is must accompany your vehicle tracking request:

The VON is the Vehicle Order Number, that is assigned when an order is placed with your dealer, the same day or shortly thereafter). The VIN is assigned, a few days or more after the after the VON has been processed. In Australia, an "E" number is provided. These can be provided by your dealer.

[2] Your vehicle type (Jeep Wrangler JL)
[3] Vehicle color

[4] Date your order placed with dealer
