How often do you check your order status?

Ordered 2/26, vin/von 3 days. Signed up for build sheet, shows none. Got signed up for Jay’s totally awesome update which shows D1. Jeep chat yesterday told me it was close or being built. Emailed my dealer and he said it is being built with a ship date of 3/19. He stated a usual 2-3 week delivery time after that to CA. How optimistic should I be? It’s hard not to get excited.
I am checking build sheet & Jay’s update daily. Jeep chat & dealer every Thursday.
I feel like “Joe Joe the little circus boy”. (Tommy boy)

I checked with them for the first time since my order on 2/16 for the same reason this week. I am in D (Punk'n, Prem Soft Top) and was told they are gathering the parts. I know what part they are gathering. That god damn soft top!

I talked to jeep chat today and they said my jeep is in D1 now. As of yesterday on the tracking sheet I had not yet hit D1. I guess we'll see if today's sheet reflects the status change.

I approve. I stopped checking with Jeep Chat as well after they insisted that my order hadn’t been placed (even though I have a VIN). Sadly they just don’t really have any actual useful info.
