Picked her up 3/4 and sometime thereafter got new shoes, changed out the foot long antenna, put the mats from the 2018 into this one (although I think I'll probably need some new ones because they look rather dingy), added weather tech cargo mat. My favorite thing we did to her though is my son...
Thanks for the replies. Haven't driven hardly at all with all the crap that's been going on, so unsure if anything is any different. But I am looking forward to figuring it out.
So getting new shoes today at Discount Tire and the tech went to go pull Jeep in bay, opened the door, closed the door and handed the keys to another employee. Wanted to ask him if he needs some lessons, but I figured this old lady wouldn't embarrass the young whippersnapper:giggle:
Picked up my manual 3/4, so a day after the official safety recall notice. haven't had any problems with it yet, but haven't put very many miles on it either.
Don't remember my 2018 JLUR's gas mileage being this bad when new. I got an average of 17-18 highway/city. I can do 55 on the highway in 2020 and get a reading of 12-13 MPG. When I drive like I normally would on the highway, 76-77, OMG, total crap, like 8-9 MPG. Should I be concerned that...
Just picked up my 2020 JLUR yesterday. Feels different than the 2018. I haven't made this one die driving it, so I guess it's better. 100 miles put on in a day so will have to wait and see if there's really a difference or just in my head.
I have had my JLUR for 23 months. The dealership had it for over 2 months, close to 3. I have 48k miles on it now. I bought the lifetime unlimited the first go round, and will buy the 7/unlimited for the next one. I just drive way too much and like the peace of mind.
I haven't had problems with the manual. Have had the steering issue which got fixed. that was within the first two months. Have had three radios, and they've never been able to correct the problems to this day that I've had with it.
Ordered a 2020 JLUR in hopes that this won't be a problem...
