That should NOT have left the shop like that..... I no it would never have left mine like that! I don’t understand why this kinda shit work is still happening, the JL has been out for over 3 years now. It’s not rocket science.... :facepalm:

Agree. Back at the dealer. Looks to me like it was installed correctly, so either a bad part or a design flaw. They’re reviewing bulletins and thinking about a star case. Jeep Performance Part’s history with springs is not so good…

Agree. Back at the dealer. Looks to me like it was installed correctly, so either a bad part or a design flaw. They’re reviewing bulletins and thinking about a star case. Jeep Performance Part’s history with springs is not so good…
If you’re still at the dealer and they have another diesel you can get a measurement from then measure from top of axle to bottom lip of upper spring housing then measure yours. The difference is how much lift you got . Or maybe someone with stock diesel can chime in.....

New springs ordered. Mopar shared they’ve been having issues with their spring supplier. Not really news. Will post back on the results with new springs.
