Any help would be appreciated. Have 2022 2.0L 4xe. Somehow had a broken lug bolt on the right rear wheel. Took it apart to replace the bolt/stud. This entailed removing the caliper and caliper bracket to remove the disc. Once in I realized I needed to move the wheel hub to orient the stud in a location I could get the stud in. This all went okay. However in the process I pushed on the brake with the caliper off, to be able to get things in neutral. Hence I needed to compress the caliper to reinstall.

after reinstall, I now have multiple warning lights. Including brake, engine, traction control and get a warning to service the electronic stability system.
Even more concerning test drove briefly on the driveway and the Jeep pulls hard to the right. Seemingly meaning the right rear and front left brake are not engaging with depressing the peddle. Code reader pulls up C0040, which is a right rear abs/wheel position sensor error. I have tried to clear it, can’t seem to clear with the reader. Tried pulling fuses for abs/Ess and waited 20 plus minutes, no better. Tried bleeding the brakes (right rear where I had done work and front left that doesn’t seem to be engaging), no better. Tried pulling out the abs sensor cleaning it and reinstalling it, no better.

Any thoughts? This is puzzling me.

So very interesting. Pulled the sensor out cleaned it again and checked the wire. Looked good. Tried to bleed the line again and depressing the peddle with the valve open, NO Fluid came out the tube. Went and got a bleeder pump and with the pump pulled a good amount of fluid out. Through the bleeder valve/screw. Solved the problem. Must be something in the system that pushing the caliper back in caused a valve in the line to close or something. Makes no real sense to me but nothing at all out with pumping the brakes didn’t make any sense either. So if anybody has any insight on the plumbing here…. But at the end of the day vacuum bleeding solved the issue….

Only time I had that happen was related to my steering wheel going too far out of center after my tie rod came loose
