I seriously considered the Roadhouse unit. I ended up going with the Kelty Sideroads mainley for quick deployments on the trail here in the desert.
The Green elephant poles seem very well built. Time will tell.
I liked it for two reasons.
I could lock my doors remotely (I forget weather or not I locked them sometimes).
It's easier to send a navigation destination from the app than enter it in the Jeep.
It is stupid overpriced for what it is though.
Any difference between beach sand and wash sand?
I drive plenty of sandy washes locally but never the beach. I will be heading to the Oregon coast in May.
