Read on another forum that there was a issue with the roll/pitch cluster so that’s why the pages were pulled...so people don’t use that as a guide and roll the Jeep. Should be out as a update once that page is fixed.

Hopefully that’s true. Makes a helluva lot more sense than, “it won’t be avail on 2018 vehicles” despite the manual and every promotional/auto show saying otherwise.
I am having a hard time buying this, because the Pitch/Roll page is available in the driver cluster right now. Should be the same data, just bigger.

If you're referring to the messages regarding the Mopar lift, i don't personally think It's fair to classify it as sniping.

After spending $50k on a jeep, and then $1500 on a lift that is defective...only to be told by JeepCares that the defect is intended to "maximize performance", I think it's reasonable to expect that some of us are frustrated.

I sent JeepCares a PM regarding this issue a few days ago and have gotten no response.

I think JeepCares could turn down the volume on this thread and others pretty significantly by admitting that there is an issue, and letting us know that they're working on it and will make it right.

I'm pretty confident Mopar is going to do the right thing on this, but the lack of communication is frustrating.
You pulled what they said out of context. There is more to it. They said engineers said some bowing is normal. Some. They then guided me as to what to do next to make sure I don't have bowing that is excessive or a problem. They told me if it is a problem, they will help make sure it gets proper attention and gets fixed. They took a few days to respond to me, but they did respond and give me guidance.

There are legal and financial repercussions to admitting there is a problem as an official Jeep spokesperson. Until authorized by someone much higher on the food chain, they can’t say anything even if there is something wrong with the Mopar lift.

So direct your anger elsewhere.

(Edit: the above implies no actual knowledge of Jeep, or the lift, or the JeepCares crew.)

I think that, we’ll maybe just speaking for myself but most likely others, jeepcares is here to troubleshoot issues and guide us through problems with JL.
I am pretty sure that a very common problem with a part sold and installed by jeep that is defective falls into that category.
I am fully aware that they aren’t the problem, can’t fix the problem, aren’t to blam for said problem. However they are here to be a liaison to higher ups. If they don’t give me the solution I am looking for then assure us the info was given to the right people who will contact us. That there is something being done.
I don’t think we are trying to point the finger at them. We are just using they outlet they provided to bring the problem to light

@JeepCares, can you shed a little light on when the Sting Gray matching Hardtop will be available to order. I have been waiting for the Sting Gray color to be released for a few months, now it's available the dealer said I still can't order because the computer won't let him because of the Matching Hardtop rejects the order status. I'm hearing anywhere from 2 to 6 months and 2 to 6 weeks. Do we have a approximate ETA for the color match top availablity or even a best guess from Jeep. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide on the matter.
I posted this on another topic but thought I would pass along here as well:

Had an online chat with Jeep and they “did not know when or if the color matching Sting-Gray top might be available.”

I was tired of the vague answers so I emailed Michael Manley (Head of Jeep Brand) directly over the weekend to inquire about the matching Sting Gray hardtop and vent about vague answers and missing out on the $500 Cash Bonus Allowance since I’ve been waiting for my color.

One of his “Executive Managers” called me today to inform that the Sting Gray color matched top will be available April 9th. She also offered to help me with the $500 incentive once I place my order. Now the question is, do I order with the black top to get in the production line and then will I have enough time to revise to painted top when it becomes available on April 9th?

@JeepCares - Mojilto was pulled from the builder tool on the website. Are we supposed to take any hints from that? Is Mojito still going to be available, or have plans changed??
Hi buried20kleague,
We're glad you brought this to our attention! We have forwarded this onto the proper teams to get it added back on. Mojito is still going to be available. :)

I have heard production stops on the 2018 in the summer is this true? Has any official time been released on the Diesel engine and the Sky top as of yet?
If those options don't make in to the 2018 when can you order a 2019 and expect to get it?

@JeepCares
@meflattery took his Jeep with mopar 2” out for some light off-roading now has extreme bowing....
We, as buyers of this lift, need assurance that Jeep in seriously beginning to investigate this. Becoming potentially dangerous to drive some of these vehicles. I understand you will tell us to go to dealer individually, but we all bought this lift and put our faith in jeep. We deserve to know how jeep is moving forward with this. We all need assurance of how it will be dealt with. @JAY maybe you know of a way to get this elevated?
Hi Mattyp1214,
We appreciate your concerns for these additional forum members. Please know we are working with them in PMs and continually looking into this further.

I have the bowing issue as well.@JeepCares I sent you a PM a few days ago, but haven’t gotten a response. Just followed up again with some pics. Hope to hear from you soon. I also reached out to @Quadratec since I bought the lift through them. Hopefully with the amount of revenue they represent for Mopar, they can light a fire that we can’t alone.
Hi JayV,
Please know we try to answer all PMs in the order in which they are received and work M-F 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. We have received and responded to your initial PM at this time.

To JeepCares:
Is it possible to see if the Sky One Touch still looks like a June Production date. A month ago I had asked and you were gracious enough to check with factory personnel. I would like to know if that date has moved in either direction.

Thanks,

Gregodav
