So @JeepCares, why did Jeep lie about the dealer being able to update our speedometers for 35" tires? No dealer I have found seems to be able to change the speedometer calibration to anything other than factory sized tires, whereas Jeep representatives multiple times stated that dealers would be able to easily make this change for customers. The lies about Offroad Pages being in 2018, the lies about the issues with the Mopar lift, etc. Why are they doing everything possible to destroy what is otherwise a great launch for a great vehicle?

Their R&D likely does it now, and its a matter of rolling out a software tool to field.
All R&D teams have to work on priority defects first and then as bandwidth becomes available features can get added.

I am sure it will come, give them time a new product launch is a ton of work, and I am sure their software guys are working resolving issues that are show stoppers both for customers and their production teams.

Is it possible to see if the Sky One Touch still looks like a June Production date. A month ago I had asked and you were gracious enough to check with factory personnel. I would like to know if that date has moved in either direction.

My Jeep JL that shipped out from the Toledo factory the week of 2/19 is nowhere to be found. It's being shipped by a dealership in Ohio to Hoover Jeep in Summerville, SC. Your dealer can do this. They have the proper resources to calibrate. We would be more than happy to make sure whichever dealership you are visiting knows the correct teams to contact to make sure this gets done. Send us a PM with your VIN and preferred dealer.

Please sells us an app through the Uconnect to recalibrate the speedometer with different tire sizes or regearing with just a few clicks.
Please make it easy...
You know the aftermarket is going to come up with that.

As discussed in other threads and there seems to be a handful of misinformation out there. Do you have a timeline that you anticipate for Sting-Gray to have the Body Color Top option available. Holding up my order and would love to know when this option may open up.

@JeepCares the information about our 2018 MY is that OFF ROAD Pages are not available for 2018 « at this time » ... does that mean the off road pages will be retrofitted to 2018 when they start being sold on 2019 MY or that 2018 will never get them. Very important that owners get a transparent response on this topic. I understand if the meaning is that Jeep is not able to commit to being able to sell the feature on 2018 MY at the moment but they can’t have advertised it as a feature sell product because of the feature and then remove it and decide to not bring it back’ that will not fly and owners will then get litigious. We’d all like an answer now please

Right now, I am showing Sting Gray will be added to the production early next month. A few weeks after, the matching top is expected to added as well. Please know this is tentative and subject to change. Have a great weekend!

Just to follow up on this Jeep Cares, on Friend A's fully loaded 2018 JL Rubicon we can't seem to figure out how to access this advertised feature which he paid for. However, on Friend B's jeep, it seems to be working just fine. Can you help us out? These photos below were taken *today*, on Friday, March 9, 2018, just a few moments ago, on Friend B's fully loaded 2018 JL Rubicon.

I would really like to get an answer on this as my JLUR just shipped and I am worried that the off road pages are going to be missing. My 11 YO twins were all amped up for our first Jeep jamboree and being able to see this information on the infotainment system. Gonna wait on signing up for it because I’m sure kids don’t really care to see if the seats are heating up while we are crawling rocks.
