Just have to say on the bowing and the pic above. Wow, that's scary as hell! I'd have it off faster than you can imagine. There should never be that amount of bowing on load bearing springs. Stay safe......

I agree. I am not the experienced off-roader like most of you guys, but it seems to me that full articulation would be potentially dangerous.

Temper Temper, are these coil springs made in China ? A depressing number of Jeep parts, from the Factory, are "Made in China". The packaging and install instructions should have this information

@JeepCares, can you shed a little light on when the Sting Gray matching Hardtop will be available to order. I have been waiting for the Sting Gray color to be released for a few months, now it's available the dealer said I still can't order because the computer won't let him because of the Matching Hardtop rejects the order status. I'm hearing anywhere from 2 to 6 months and 2 to 6 weeks. Do we have a approximate ETA for the color match top availablity or even a best guess from Jeep. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide on the matter.

@JeepCares address this trend of the mopar lift bowing on only one side please
They aren’t technical experts, Mopar, Chrysler and the dealer that installed them can’t even answer that question. To many speculations at this point. Jeep Cares wasn’t established for all this, it was for current owners that had questions about their vehicles - I hope y’all are being this hard on your dealer or who ever is taking your money for your Jeep.

Y’all must have terrible dealers, my dealer told me when I lift and upgrade tires to run it back and he would get a tech to adjust via computer at no charge. He also followed my build and kept me informed through the entire process, when I picked it up my financing and paperwork was waiting for my signature.

@JeepCares spends to much time on chat tracking orders, coming here to answer the same questions seems stupid. Maybe you should try bugging your dealer a little more after all they were happy to take your order and will be happy to take your money when you pick up your Jeep.
I doubt your dealer, no matter how wonderful and amazing, is going to pull a unicorn out of his ass. Until the programmer is ready, factory or aftermarket, there won't be any reprogramming happening.

Lots of sniping here at the JeepCares messengers. You guys do realize they just give information that has been given to them, right? They are not allowed to interpret it for you, or even clarify. They also are not holding information from you. They are here to help, but they can't give you info to which they are not privy.

Dealer has already flashed/programmed Jeeps running 35” and 37” tires. Don’t even have to hook up to the Jeep, they just like you to be at the dealership to make sure it pushes the flash through correctly.

You did this through Uconnect? What's the dealership? I've had 3 tell me no dice. I still would like you to confirm when they do yours. One here assured me they had done them. I called one more time to confirm before I showed up and found they were talking JKs, as if they didn't know the difference. Turns out they couldn't do the JL.

I believe its the none adjustable track bar. Need an adjustable one. You raise the Jeep and can’t recenter the axle without the adjustable one.

If you're referring to the messages regarding the Mopar lift, i don't personally think It's fair to classify it as sniping.

After spending $50k on a jeep, and then $1500 on a lift that is defective...only to be told by JeepCares that the defect is intended to "maximize performance", I think it's reasonable to expect that some of us are frustrated.

I sent JeepCares a PM regarding this issue a few days ago and have gotten no response.

I think JeepCares could turn down the volume on this thread and others pretty significantly by admitting that there is an issue, and letting us know that they're working on it and will make it right.

I'm pretty confident Mopar is going to do the right thing on this, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

And...this is certainly not Julie and Jasmine's fault. I'm sure they're doing everything they can/ are permitted to do by jeep. They're the conduit between jeep and the customer. So it's important for them to understand the justified frustration of the customer so they can communicate that upward. I think we all just need to make sure we're keeping the dialogue respectful.

Read on another forum that there was a issue with the roll/pitch cluster so that’s why the pages were pulled...so people don’t use that as a guide and roll the Jeep. Should be out as a update once that page is fixed.

Hopefully that’s true. Makes a helluva lot more sense than, “it won’t be avail on 2018 vehicles” despite the manual and every promotional/auto show saying otherwise.
I seriously doubt there are any technical reasons why the off-road pages couldn't be delivered on the 2018 models. If they deliver it to the JL Wrangler at all, which they had better, we will get the same software update. It isn't like they have to change the head unit or something to deliver them, we know that our JL's can have them, because we have seen them.

Please post the dealership information and the department to contact. Maybe we can refer other dealers to them so they get educated!
